Electric Wiring Harness Assembly

AIM:

• To define all connectors.
• To define all connectors connection point,bundle connection point & connector connection axis.
• To define corrugated tubes of respective sizes.

Procedure:

• Download the CAD data of connectors from the website.
• Connectors parts should be defined as connectors in electric part workbench.
• Define its termination,Connector connection point,Bundle connection point,coincidence and orientation.
• Create a new product file.
• Create a sub product file as geometric bundle.
• Define geometric bundle as electric geometric bundle using geometric bundle command.
• Add multi branchable with length as per the question with bend radius of ratio 1.4.
• Add branch point and branch bundles fro sub branch connectors.
• Add protective coverings for each branch depends upon the bundle diameter.
• Save the file.
