Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

1) First all the above mentioned connectors are downloaded in to catia work bench and are defined electrically.

2) Now new product is created in the assembly design and all the connectors and copied in to this new product and positioned according to the given figure using compass.

3) Now using Electrical harness assembly work bench the product is defined elecrically using geometrical bundle option.

4) Now using multibranchable option the routing is created accoding to the diagram with all the necessary branch points added using add branch option in Electriical installation assembly work bench.

5) Finally the COT tubes (Protective coverings) of suitable dia are added around the routings with end extremity maintained 30mm from the connectors.

6) Necessary CAT part files and images are attached
