Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Connectors Layout Design:-

PROCEDURE:-

• Firstly draw as a sketch as per given connection system for only "refrence purpose" and align that locations for connectors

• Download connectors 3D data from www.te.com
• Convecting the Mechanical part into the Electrical part for that I had followed the following steps.

The following was defined for all the connectors:-

• Connector connection point
• Bundle connection point
• Axis system at the connector connection point
• Define all the connectors as electrical components

1. Arranging the Connectors by following the Layout

1. We use the multi branchable to add all the necessary brances , branch points in the wiring and harness assembly.
