WIRING HARNESS

AIM:

• To create a catalog for connectors and cavity for eletrical parts.
• To create a connection point ,bundle connection point,cavity connection point & axis system in connectors.
• To store the connectors and cavity in the separate catalog.
• To create an assembly between two connectors and mounting parts.

Procedure:

• Required electrical and mounting parts downloaded from supplier website.
• Catalogs is created for connectors and mounting parts.
• Connectors are defined as connector in electrical part workbench.
• Connectors connection point and axis system are created on connectors.
• Bundle connection point are created in connectors.
• All connectors and mounting parts are imported in assembly workbench.
• Connectors are connected using connect electrical parts in toolbar.
