Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 2 Challenge

1. Successfully downloded all connectors & Mounting clip through te.com link then saved all the data & converted into cartpart files from stp format file as per below snap.

2.Create Geometrical properties in Mechanical part design work bench by creating point defination then give axis system for connector cavity point & also same way need to create bundle connection entry point for connector.

3. Then define connector as electrical connector in electrical part design work bench followed by define Bundle connection point then next define connector connection point. please find below snap for conctor define snap short.

4. then next process define ''Cavity connection point" as done according to below snap image.

5.next create same gemetrical properties for mounting click by giving point & axis system then define clip as monting equipment after that define clip as cavity as per below image.

6. for assembly of coonector & monting clip then we need to go electrical assembly design work bench & there we need to select the "connect electrical devices then click first clip then next connector after that it will atomatically join together as connector monting clip along with connector as per below snap.

7. next for male connetor similar process give geometrical properties then define electrical properties then in ectrical assembly work bench select connect electriical device then select male connector then select female connector after that it will join together as wire to wire or in line connector as per below snap.

8.Once ll done then for future use connector we can add it in catlog for further use & time save.

add catlog = File+New+In list type select catlog document+OK then add family then rename Name & Type then save it.

9. Once create catlog gthen add all 3D data into catlog by clicking store device then nevigate the path after that save it.
