TOOLING AXIS CREATION

For creating tooling axis first choosed one big flat plane of the class A surface and done the the draft analysis and found all the faces are cleared. But after the creation of closed body with enginnering feature sucha sdoge house and also done the draft analysis, found some of the outer faces of the doge house and also some faces of the A piller is not cleared. So created a another tooling axis using bysecting methode by using doge house sketch as the referance. For the tooling axis by using bysecting method first drew two lines with referance doge house sketch inner lines and after created a point at the center of the line which is dog house top surface sketch. Finaly drew a line by bysecting with that two line drawned befor and using the point at the center of the line on top surface of the dog.Final done the draft analysis using newly created line and found all the faces include dog house faces are cleared and fixed the tooling axis.

• DA Using the line which is ccreated with the plane and point

In this draft analysis found 2 sides of the dog house in -ve rang so its gone failed during molding

• DA Using the line created by using bysecting method.

• DA For the dog house

For the doge house need a separate tooling axis clled side core axis becouse the complexity of design its imposible to mold in single core and cavity. I'ts required a side core and for that need another tooling axis for that side core

Here first created an axis system at the point top and center portion of the dog house master section with X axis of the axis system lied on the line which is the point we created befor. A nd finaly created aline with the axis system and center point in Z direction of the axis system. Done the draft analysis for the dog house after the design of the doge huse and found cleared.
