Report :-

• Draft analysis - While doing the draft analysis for the final body we get the value desired range expect one side wall that is opposit of the open end. aproximate valu is 1.555 degree but then change the tooling axis angle litil bit by adjusting the angle in the line used for align the tooling axis and get corrected by giving 4 degree in the one of two line used for bisecting.

But after that the face (C surface ) not in the correct draft, later find out the sweep direction in the inward direction and corrected to out ward and get the dreaft.

• Tooling axis fixing - For positionning the tooling axis first make two lines parallel to the two opposit side wall and make a line by using bysecting line camond that is in X direction.For Y direction we have only one side wall so one line chosened as the line parrallel to the wall with coinside and in oposite side make line freely with a asumed dreft angle with 3 degree and later corrected in the final stage of the draft analysis and fixed with 4 degree.
