Befor starting the designing checked the draft analysis on Class A Surface and cleared. For draft analysis first need to create the tooling axis, for that i chosed different plane and make dummy tooling axis on the planes and check with draft analysis and also considering the economy factor for manufacturing. Finaly select one of the big flat surface which is almost parallel to the bumper and creat a pont on the center of the plane and createed a line in Y direction which is perpendicular to the plane and fix the line as tooling axis.

Then created the Class B surface by offseting the class A. Cleared all the mising surfaces in the offseted surface. Most of the gap filled by the way Extrapulated the near surfaces of the patches and trimed and put the fillet on the joint. but some portion are done by multi-section surface tool due to the complicity of the shape.

For class C surface creation used sweep tool, Done the sweep separately on the edges of the class A. In the rounded corners filled by using Multi-section surface tool. In some cornenr we can cleared by ectrapulating and triming way.

After class C joined it withe class A. There after trimed the A C surface with Class B that we created and joined.

The final joined part is the closed plastic component

Done the Draft analysis on the the clossed body and get all the face will clear during molding process.
