Extract the Class A surface and create a point on it and Create tooling axis using the point

Draft Analysis for the Driver Door Applique

Minimum Draft angle required is 0.5mm,in this model we used 2.9mm and 1.4mm for the draft analysis.

Door Applique Creation

If there no more boundary you can use the close surface body command

Counter Surface

Extract the Surface from the Counter part Class A Surface and Extrapolate it then tirm with the Driver door Applique C surface.

then form a close body Surface.

Heat Steaks and Four Way Locator

Chamfer the 4 way locators

Union Trim with Dirver Door Applique

Two Way Locator

Detailed Report for Heat Steaks and The Four Way Loctors

First we would have to create the Door applique for the fixing of the Heat steaks and the Locators

Extract the surface from the Class A and create the Class B and Class C surface after that join the Class A with Class C, the trim with Class B

Final check the boundary command there will have any caps on the close surface.

Insert the Body use the Close Surface Command make the surface solid Body.

Four way Locator

Create a sketch for the four way locator and pad the sketch give the draft command an 0.5 degree draft in Part body

and uniontrim with the driver door applique, the create the another sketch on the Counter surface pad the sketch and use the boolen operation

remove the pad from the counter part, the distance between locator and the hole is 0.1mm maximum,

Heat Steaks

Create the Parallel Curve option make the point for Heat steaks Placement, same as well as the bottom Curve give 7 intance

And Pad the sketch the height of the heat steaks is below then the Locator because the locator will place first on the counter part after

the heat steaks have to place ,

If first heat steaks will create now use the translate Point - Point transfer the heat steaks , because if we correct the first pad which is created

its automatically correct on all the heat steaks., After that Union Trim with the Driver Door Applique.
