DRAFT ANALYSIS:

The the draft angle should be given to every plastic component in order to easy removal after manufacturing process. The minimum draft angle should be 0.5 degree and upto 3 deg. In my case, the component 0.5Deg drafted and hence satisfies the conditions.

Tooling Axis:

Tooling Axis is the axis where the direction of the core passes. hence the axis should be created at first before designing.

It can be determined by takin the component in any direction but considering greater area of the component is visible on the specified direction. In my case, the component has more surface area when seen from Y direction hence a tooling axis is created along Y direction.
