Week 9-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Aim: To mesh the given model and establish various connections between the components

Model:

Procedure:

1. Import the model or geometry
2. Perform geometry and topology clean-up
3. Set meshing parameters
4. Perform mesh on the surface with trias using 2D > automesh
5. Improve the mesh flow by using rebuild and remesh
6. Use 2d > connectors to form different connectors
7. For seam weld: mention the nodes, tolerance, spacing, type, components, imprint option and imprint method
8. For spot weld: select the nodes, set diameter, tolerance, components and type
9. For adhesives: go to area and set the type as adhesives. Then choose the elements, set the tolerance and components
