Week 9-Creation of 1D Connectors Challenge

Objective: To create various connectors and attach the vaious parts of the given model.

First step is to mesh the following parts:

1. Front Truss - 1
2. Front Truss - 2
3. Rear Truss - 1
4. Rear Truss - 2
5. Left Rail - 1
6. Left Rail - 2
7. Right Rail - 1
8. Right Rail - 2
9. Reinforcement Plate

Second Step is to start adding connectors between various components

1. Right Rail - 2 & Front truss -1: Seam- Quad(angled+capped+L)

2) Left Rail - 2 & Front truss - 1: Quad elements

3) Front_truss - 2, Front_truss - 1 & Right_Rail - 1: Spot weld with 2 Layers and 5 mm Diameter

4) Front truss - 2, Front - truss - 1 & Left Rail - 1:- Hexa (Adhesive)

5) Rear truss - 2 & Right Rail - 2: Bolt Connector

6) Rear truss - 2 & Left Rail - 2: Bolt Connector

7) Right Rail - 1 & Right Rail - 2: Spot-weld with Rigid Elements

8) Left Rail - 1 & Left_Rail - 2: Spot-weld with Spring Elements

9) Other connectors

Connector between reinforcement plate with front truss 2 and front truss 1

Connectors between rear truss 2 and rear truss 1
