Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

The BUMPER Method has been used which they provided by CATPART and I have attached with the CAT part.

STEP 1: First i used to identyfy the draft analysis,

STEP 2; Then i made a point to make a TOOLING AXIS to make a CLASS C and CLASS B,

STEP 3: And i offset a CLASS A to CLASS B in 3mm and i made the EXTRAPOL for making perfect intersect,

STEP 4: I find the fillet to make a curve edge to make a perfect shape,

step 5: I made a CLASS C SURFACE to connect the CLASS A AND CLASS B SURFACE,

STEP 6: And I jiont the CLASS A AND CLASS C SURFACE to intersect the CLASS B SURFACE,

STEP 7: I made a TRIM to CLASS A & C SURFACE with CLASS B SURFACE,

STEP 8: And I identify the DRAFT ANALYSIS to make a clear the degree,

STEP 9: Then i made CLOSESURFACE using a PART DESIGN,

STEP 10: This are the ISOMATRIC VIEW, FRONT VIEW, SIDE VIEW AND TOP VIEW.
