CLASS A SURFACE

TOOLING AXIS CREATION:- 

tooling axis creation is done by simple process in this excercise by just creating point on a curve & drawing a line throgh it. the direction in which it is created simply seen to clear all the faces.

TOOLING AXIS CREATION

DRAFT ANALYSIS ON CLASS A SURFACE:-

FOR DRAFT ANGLE OF 3 DEG CLASS A SURFACE IS VALIDATED.

CLASS B SURFACE CREATION:-

For creation of class B surface here major commands used are extract, extrapolate,offset,join,trim. as direct offsetting is adoopted here. only 3 patch instances was there to segregate properly and trim it again.

 CLASS C CREATION:-

class c surfaces are created by sweep command,and as per the requirements these are created with "reference to surfaces" &  "with draft direction".

RESULT OF CLASS A & C SURFACE JOINT

Final Model is created with closed surface option.

 FINAL MODEL

As it could be seen in below attached image that the final model is seems okay for draft angle of 3 degree.
