Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

Challenge: Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

Tooling Axis created by choosing the proper position by checking the draft analysis the position where the suface statify the draft analysis there there final tooling axis is created

Tooling axis created by creating a point on the front suface at edge & create a line using point & direction.

Class B Surface Create an offset of 3mm (Thickness)

Multiple Extract the top surface & Extrapolate the surface & trim the surface.

Using join command remove the fillet edges by sub elements to remove.

Extract the surfaces and extrapolate & trim the surfaces.

Extrapolate the Sweeps & trim the extended surfaces.

Join the A & C Surfaces.

Create An intersection between A,C & B Surface
