Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper
Draft Analysis of final part

The draft analysis made to make sure that the part can be manufactured. It also ensure draft angle is rom 1 to 3 degree. If the draft angle is more the part cannot be manufactured.
Draft angles are very important in thermoforming product design. If the product is formed onto a negative mold, it shrinks away from the mold sidewalls. As a result, negative products can be thermoformed with vertical walls having zero draft angles.
With draft angle the part can be ejected easily from the mold.
Tooling axis : Tooling axis shows that in which way that core and cavity is opened.
Tooling axis ensures the draft analysis is between the given value of 3degree.
Tooling axis creation

Tooling axis can be created in differnt based of component .
The tooling axis is creadted by using point and directon in terms of bumper component.
We can also create using surface method as well as bisceting method etc
Draft analysis of class A

Before creating class b we have check the surface of class A.Generally class A suraface is made of software like alias.
Class b suraface

Some the surafce which are not proper the paths which are not filled going to designed in surface b.
Thickness of the component = 3mm
Based the required thickness we can offset the a surface
Class c surface

By using c suraface we can join both A and B surface.
c surface is created by using A surface by using the sweep command the c surface is created.
JOin and A and C surface

By joining A and c surface we can join both A and B surface.
