Fender wheel arc calculation

The man purpose is to check the clearance between the fender and the tyre.

There are three standard regulation

1.Japan regulation

2.European regulation

3.US regulation

1.Japan regulation

As per japenses regulation,the clearance between tyre and fender must be greater the 5mm or equal to 5mm.The projected points to be measured are in the angle 30 and 50 degree.

2.Europen regulation

As per european regulation the clerance between the tyre and fender ahould be 10mm or equal to 10mm.The value is measured projected point from the centre at an angle 30 and 50 degree respectively.In european regulation the measurement took at five different position of the tyre .

3.US Regulation

All values should be greater than 5mm to stastify the regulation.

CONCULSION

As per thw requirement only SB have clearance of 10mm and other sections have clearance less than 10mm.

The curvature of the fender to be changed to get clearance.
