Week 9 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

Tooling Axis: Tooling axis (magenta line) have been created using appropriate procedures (as mentioned in concerned video) as shown in the below screenshot.

Draft Analysis: Draft Analysis was done as per the standard procedures , where the positive draft angle of 2.9 degrees(green portion) and the result was satisfactory.

B Surafce Creation: The B Surface was created using the extracting, offseting by 2.5 mm and then trimming the A surface.( 2.5 mm is as mentioned in above question).

C Surface Creation: The C surface was created by Sweeping the boundary of A Surface by giving 3 Degree Draft Angle .

For B and C Surface Creation you can check the cat file or have a look to the product Tree in below screenshot.

After Creation of C Surface it was joined to the A surface and then it was trimmed of B surface to get the desired result and then used part modelling to make it close surface part.
