Week 9 - Challenge 2 - Switch Bezel Design

Tooling axis:

• Observe and study the class A surface to create the tooling axis.
• Z axis is the best suitable tooling axis for this component.
• Using intersect create the two construction lines.
• Create the main tooling axis by bisecting the construction lines.

Draft analysis:

• Draft angle is considered as 2.7 degree.
• Select the compass and set it on the tooling axis in upward direction.
• Select the surface the whole part turned into green.
• Green means within 2.7 degree and blue represent below 0 degree.
• If blue surface visible during selecting the surface just click flipping the direction.
