Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

Tooling axis:

• Observe and study the class A surface to create the tooling axis.
• Y axis is the best suitable tooling axis for this component.
• Create point and line to make tooling axis.

Draft analysis:

• Draft angle is considered as 2.5 degree for solid component.
• Draft angle is considered as 0.5 degree for Rib,Locator,Heat stake.
• Select the compass and set it on the tooling axis in upward direction.
• Select the surface the whole part turned into green.
• Green means within 2.5 degree and blue represent below 0 degree for solid component.
• Green means within 0.45 degree and blue represent below 0 degree for Rib,Locator,Heat stake.
• If blue surface visible during selecting the surface just click flipping the direction.
