REPORT BY TOOLING AXIS

The tooling axis is created by using the bisection method. The intersecption taken in Y direction and created a two line in one inclinde area of the part,Then used the bisection that the two lines and the tooling clearing Y direction is created. Then intersecption is taken in X direction and one line is taken from the inclinde side and other line is created in point at some angle.

Then tooling clearing X direction is created by bisecting that lines then the bisecting the tooling clearing X and Y direction to created the TOOLING AXIS.

REPORT BY DRAFT ANALYSIS

The draft allow part to reject or eject from the mold. The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.The minimum darft angle 3 deg. In the given part Green indicate the 2.9 deg and Blue indicate the negitive value.
