Week 10 - Challenge 2- Attachment Feature Creation (Dog House)

REPORT BY TOOLING AXIS 

   The tooling axis created by Y direction because the Y direction are visual the all surface.At frist i created a point in any of the cruve in class a surface then used by a line point and direction . point is there and the diection in Y direction. this the line is the main tooling axis.

REPORT BY SIDE CORE AXIS

       The side core axis created by x direction and point is main tooling axis point.

REPORT BY DRAFT ANALYSIS

        The draft allow part to reject or eject from the mold. The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.

           1. DOOR TRIM:-   The minimum darft angle 3 deg. In the given part Green indicate the 2.6 deg and Blue indicate the negitive value.

  2. DOG HOUSE :- The dog house out side walls minimun darft angle 1.5 deg and pulling direction in tooling axis . In the part indicate the 1.4 deg.

                                             The dog house inside walls minimun darft angle 0.5 deg and pulling direction in side core axis . In the part indicate the 0.4 deg.
