Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

REPORT OF TOOLING AXIS

The dummy tooling axis is created to the creat main tooling axis and tack the intersection of the bracket body and make the lines in the deficult area in the bracket body. Then used to bisect line to create the main tooling axis.

REPORT OF DRAFT ANALYSIS

The draft analysis is used to identify the body is in proper draft angles or not. The normal draft angle of the body is 3 deg. The draft angle allow the part to remove or eject from the mold.
