Week 10 - Challenge 1- Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss)

REPORT BY TOOLING AXIS 

   The tooling axis created by Y direction because the Y direction are visual the all surface.At frist i created a point in any of the cruve in class a surface then used by a line point and direction . point is there and the diection in Y direction. this the line is the main tooling axis.

REPORT BY  DRAFT ANALYSIS

      The draft allow part to reject or eject from the mold. The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.The Draft Analysis was done as shown above and the tooling axis was satisfactory as it cleared the draft analysis. The draft angle of 2.5 degrees was provided at the places necessary. A few spots at the sides showed 0deg marks. The rest were perfectly drafted.
