Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design
Greetings !!
Report on Tooling Axis :
- Created a point & Axis System on circle of Base Bracket surface.
- Used intersection of YZ plane with Class A surface .
- Formed two lines on the output of intersection where the less possibilties of tooling to perform.
- Created a bisecting Line out of that . And that is the tooling Axis for base Bracket.
Report on Draft Analysis of Class A & Final Product :
- Switched to Material mode
- Compass is draged and Placed on the tooling axis.
- After Locking Checked for Colour scale variant .
- Used Analysis under running point and checked on surfaces where it should be minimum 3 degree or more for the draft angle to perform tooling.
- And the result found ok.
