Draft analysis

Draft angle is mainly provided to the surface in order to ease the ejection of component through the mould . it maily lies between 3 to 5 degrees. Draft analysis is used to validate the draft angle of all surface of class A. draft analysis have 3 indecators mainly green, red and blue . after analysis Class A surface should always show green appereance.

Tooling axis creation-

the direction of travel mould is tooling axis i.e axis of mateing core with cavity.it is mainly constructed on surfaces haveing more flat area or haveing circular holes .Tooling axis should always be perpendicular to the surfaces .if surfaces are inclined then we have to use the bisecting method. in bisecting method the inersecting surface are projected through the centre point by useing intersect command. then lines are drawn by taking inclind projection as a refrece in betweeen these inclined line a bisecting line is drawn through the centre point of tooling this line is tooling axis.
