Draft Analysis on Class A

DA on Final solid Part

Draft Analysis on Class A clearified there is some error in class A itself.

However when performed on Solid part we found the error was seen on sweep surfacein very few areas. When angle was reduced to 2.5-2.8 the error got eliminated. Draft angle was given 93degrees outwards.

Tooling Axis here was created using angle that gave the view of all sides with all posible surface visible.
