Creation of Tooling Axis:

Initially both the Side Walls of the Part is considered as Inputs for the Axis.

So, We create a Intersecting Line using a Newly Created Axis as shown:

Using the End Lines of the Intersect, We create a Bisecting Line:

Using the Bisecting Line, We do a Draft Analysis to determine the values:

As per the Analysis, there are no Vertical Walls in the Surface.

The Least Angle is around 1deg for the Class A.

Class B:

Since Thickness is not mentioned in the Task, We assume the value to be 3mm.

Class C is created using the Boundary from Class A:

Close Surface:

We create the Features such as Ribs & Screw Bosses using the given Design Guide Lines:
