1, TOOLING AXIS FIX AND DRAFT ANALYSIS

For finding the tooling axis first extract the bigest flat surface of the class A in XZ plane and make a point on the extracted plane at the center and make a dummy line on through the point with normal to the extracted plane and done the draft analysis of class A surface with using dummy line and found all the surface will clear on molding process so fix the dummy line as the tooling axis.

But after the creating closed body with thicknes 2.5 and done the draft analysis found one of the edge is in the -ve range so its make probles,Then what i do is go to the coresponding sweep on the edge and change the draft value from 90 degree to 78 degree after that the edge is cleared. the screenshort is given below is corrected face
