Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2
Doghouse wall thickness at the intersection of the part wall (C ) should be 40% or less than the main wall stock (T).
Height of (B) should be between 3-6 mm
Dog house design-
Extract the base of Class A Surface and offset it with part thickness as 2.5 mm.

- Now to create the intersection thickness extract the inside surface of the dog house and offset it to 1 mm.
- Extract the class A of the base and offset it to a height ranging from 3 to 6 mm.

later trim it and then split the trim with the dog house to get the desired shape that is stepped shape.

now give the drafts

provide draft inside along the tooling direction for the dog house.
Give radius/fillet to inside as 0.4*T=0.4*2.5=1mm and for outer edges give fillet as inside radius + part thickness.

later we have done pocket for the inside house but before that, i have translated it onto the top of the dog house.
now after that assemble the screw boss with the main part.
