Design Report:
1. Outside Diameter of Boss: It is equal to 2.0 to 4.0 times the outside dia of screw or insert.
2. Draft: Inside and outside surface draft should be greater than or equal to 0.5 degree.
3. Fillet radius: It should be maximum 0.25 mm.
4. Thickness: It is typically 40% of nominal value at base.
5. Height to diiameter ratio: It must be of 3:1 ratio.
2) Doghouse design:

Design Report:
1. Doghouse wall thickness: It should be 40% or less than the main wall thickness.
2. Draft: The minimum draft for a dog house is 1.5 degrees
3. Width: The minimum width for a doghouse is 12mm
4. Height: It should be between 3 to 6 mm.
5. Width to height ratio: 3:1 ratio is considered.

Draft analysis report:
- The green color represents angle of surface with respect to tooling axis being greater than 3 degrees.
- The blue color represents angle between 0 and 2 degrees.
- The red color represnts angle lesser than 0 degrees. It represnets errorneous draft angle that needs to be corrected.
