Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

As we can see from the draft analysis of A Surface the whole body drafted in 3 degrees is in green color .

1)Tooling Axis :-

The main tooling axis is made by using the bisecting the two lines from the cros section curve.

2)The side core tooling axis in red color is made by takking the perpendicular direction of the main tooling axis in direction of the side core .

from the drafting analysis of dog shoe house we can see that the surface in green show surfaces inclined more than 1.45 degrees and surface shown in red are more inclined in negative direction.

The thickness of the dog house near the thickness is 0.677mm also at the back it is 1mm hence according to the design rules it will work .As the maximum thickness required near the thickness T = 2.5*0.4=1mm .

also the dog shoe is drafted at an angle of 1.5 degrees. from outter surface and 0.5 degrees from inside
