Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 1
Create the rib for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules

- Sketches following the design rules for RIB and being Iso-Constrained

- Tree Structure having Geometrical set as "INPUT"

- Screenshots of the completed design in various orientations (Isometric, Front, Side, and Top View)

- Report
- A detailed report should be done explaining the draft analysis and the tooling axis creation.
- An explanation should be given on the way of creating the tooling axis particularly the Bisecting method.
DRAFT ANALYSIS is done for clearing the RIB design using the TOOLING AXIS created along the Z Axis and a Tooling axis is created along X axis just to check only the rib design.Draft for the rib design is given as 0.5 deg, since we have applied draft angle of 0.5 during draft analysis to clear the component we have given angle as 0.45 deg and the COIN HOLDER plastic component having 3 deg as per design rules to be followed during creation of a plastic component. Some faces could not be cleared as the Class A surface itself has some errors therefore by clearing the CLASS A Surface errors by informing to the CLASS A Surface engineer,we can work on our design and rectify the errors.
TOOLING AXIS:The tooling axis created along Z Axis,RIBS are cleared along it.In order to check the rib in particular we have to create a Tooling axis along X Axis before assembly to the main part body that is the Coin holder plastic component.Bisecting method is not used for creating Tooling axis for rib design along X Axis, just a perpendicular line along the Plane.
