Rib design

Extract the surface and use the positioned sketch and create one line.

Extrude the line and go to the part body and give the thickness i.e 0.4*t.

give the draft angle which should be >= 0.5 degrees and make sure the height of the rib should be <= 5*t.

thickness is 2.5 so the height is 12.5.

and finally, the rib fillets should be 0.25mm.

make an assemble with the coin holder after giving the fillets and make intersect with the plane.

To measure the rib root thickness create a tri tangent circle touching the sides. Make an extract while selecting the edge.

we will get the irregular shape. To make it regular go-to tools - options - display - performance - decrease the proportion value.

Draft analysis:

Go to feature draft analysis and move the compass to the tooling axis and lock it.

select the surface to get the draft analysis.
