REPORT ON DOOR PANNEL (CORE & CAVITY) WITH TREE STRUCTURE

we already made the b class with draft angle.

Now we have to go for the core and cavity , parting line , parting surface.

1.First we extrapolate the A surface and then have to trim with c and then finaly with the B surface.

Get the result like this which is known as parting surface.

2.Now we have to go for Core

First - we have to make a sketch which will be in the surface area of the component along the axis system

second - we have to extrude the surafce along the tooling axis and Trim with final b surcace parting surface and in the last we have to fill the surface to get the Core as a final result.

Now we have to make the Parting line by using the intersection method with the B surface and the final join.

Now the cavity

First use the same previous sketch and extrude it along the tooling axis trim with the final B surface and then fill the opposit surface and Join the other surface.

we get the final result like this a proper Core and Cavity.

Now we have to make them as a solid closed body.

In part workbench we have the Close surface command.

and After that we have to Translate the two side a little to get a good views of core and cavity.

Finaly we get the result as a proper Core and Cavity.*
