Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

Creation of Tooling Axis:

1. Check how good the quality of class-A surface.

2. Then to determine on which direction do we have to create the toolig axis. In this direction see the whole component then this is our tooling axis direction.

3. Extract the surface and create a point on the center of the surface.

4. Create line on the point. Make the line thicker an brighter to make it more visible.

Draft Anlaysis on Class-A:

1. Before perfoming draft analysis change the surface to thr material mode.

2. Zoom out to find where the compass is.

3. Click and drag the compass on the tooling axis and lock the compass on the axis.

4. Click anywhere on the surface to start draft analysis. Here the GREEN color indicates that the surface is more than 3 degree.

5. Swap the surface by the invert draft surface. BLUE color indicates that the surface is less thsn 0 degree.

1. Change the surface to the material mode.

2. Click and drag the compass on the toling axis.

3. Click on the surface to start draft analysis.
