Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

AIM :-

To Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface and provide tooling direction with draft analysis.

Design :-

Input class A surface

Now Create Tooling-axis

There are various method to create tooling axis, here i preferred to go with line creation in point-direction method.

• First Creat point at the part surface, with point on curve option and place point on 0mm of curve.
• Then select line option and select point-direction option.
• Then select point and direction is X.
• Then create a line of 200mm with mirror both side option.

Now perform Draft Analysis with 3 degree

Create B-Surface

Now create C-Surface,

After Creating A-B-C Surface Create olid part

Now Check draft analysis with 3 degree of freedom
