Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Switch Bezel Design
AIM - To perform the draft analysis by using class A ,B and C surface by combining using tooling axis.
DRAFT ANALYSIS - The Draft Analysis command enables you to detect if the part you drafted will be easily removed. This type of analysis is performed based on color ranges identifying zones on the analyzed element where the deviation from the draft direction at any point, corresponds to specified values.
TOOLING AXIS - The tooling axis is defined as the direction in which the mold or core and cavity opens is the tooling axis. The tooling axis is created by bisecting the two lines and point.
CREATION OF TOOLING AXIS - Bisecting line method is used to create a tooling axis

First Draft analysis on Class A surface

B SURFACE CREATION
B surface is the thick wall of the of the component. The B surface is created by Class A surface reference of an offest of 2.5mm is used to create a Class B surface.

C SURFACE CREATION
the C surface is the boundary of the component and it also joins the class A & B Surfaces.

Creating a Solid body
By using all surfaces A,B and C surface is created, and using the closed surface to generate a solid body.

Final Draft analysis
