SWITCH BEZEL

DRAFT ANALYSIS

FIG 1.0

The above image (FIG 1.0) shows the SWITCH BEZEL DOOR HANDLE INNER FACE with a draft angle of 2.97 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.1

The above image (FIG 1.1) shows the SWITCH BEZEL REST SURFACE INNER FACE with a draft angle of 3 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.2

The above image (FIG 1.2) shows the SWITCH BEZEL DOOR HANDLE with a draft angle of 3.72 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.3

The above image (FIG 1.2) shows the SWITCH BEZEL DOOR HANDLE FILLET with a draft angle of 38.81 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.4

The above image (FIG 1.2) shows the SWITCH BEZEL DOOR HANDLE INSIDE FILLET with a draft angle of 15.95 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.5

The above image (FIG 1.2) shows the SWITCH BEZEL REST SURFACE CAR BACKWARD with a draft angle of 3 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

FIG 1.6

The above image (FIG 1.2) shows the SWITCH BEZEL REST SURFACE with a draft angle of 87.41 degree which clears the nominal draft angle of 2.8 degree . The range of draft angle is between 0.5 to 3 and the rough patch has the draft angle of 7 degree . Hence this area is good to go for manufacturing process.

TOOLING AXIS

FIG 2.0

The above image (FIG 2.0) shows the TOOLING AXIS IN Y DIRECTION which clears the surface in Y direction with the two lines in the side faces which are shown in blue colour both sides.

FIG 2.1

The above image (FIG 2.0) shows the TOOLING AXIS IN X DIRECTION which clears the surface in X direction with the two lines one on the surface and other in the 5 degree from the surface the face is in blue colour at the end.

FIG 2.2

The above image (FIG 2.2) shows the main TOOLING AXIS it is created with the help of TOOLING IN X and TOOLING IN Y DIRECTION it is at 3 degree with the main surface. It clears the tooling in Z direction. The part is good to go for manufacturing.
