Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design
AIM:-
DESIGN THE COIN HOLDER COMPONENT CLASS B AND CLASS C SURFACE OF THE GIVEN CLASS A SURFACE.
OBJECTIVE:-
- To create the tooling axis of the class A surface.
- To create the class B& class c surface to the given class A surface.
- to check out define the craft analysis of the finel plastic component.
METHORDS:-
Tooling axis:
- Create the tooling axis of the class A surface. Its help to making mold core and cavity direction.
- The two axis help to get the bisecting line and create the tooling axis.

CLASS B SURFACE:-
SIDE WALL:
Extract the class A surface inthe side walls. And theside walls is untrim to extrablate this hole lenth. Next the faces of side walls both side are trim and And the side walls edges is filleting same as the Class a surface fillet value. offstet the serface to get class B surface side wals.

TOP WALL:
The same prosedure use to get the top wall also.

BASE:

INTERNEL TRIM:-
The ofseted base , side wall and top walls both are trim to get the internel body.

OUTER FLANGE:-
outer flange also extract the A surface and extrablate the surface. And offset to get the class B surface .

OUTER FLANGE TOP:-

FINEL TRIM:-
The hole offsets are trim to get the class B surface . And the class B surface all edjesses are fillettimg get the proper class B surface.

CLASS C SURFACE:-
Create the boundry lie to the Class A surface . And use the sweep command to create the C surface.

FINAL JOIN:-
First join the Class A surface and class C surface to get the joined surface. And trim the class B surface to get the closed surface of the coin holder plastic component.
