Challenge

Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

Primarily import the Class A surface and then create the tooling axis. Then for the Class B surface, extract the main surfaces by excluding the fillets and other holes or gaps in it. these surfaces are extracted, extrapolated and then offsetted. In this, it is done for side walls, outer flange and base surfaces. Once the B surface is donr then carry over with those fillets with related to the class A dimensions. After create the Class C surface. For that extract the boundary of Class A surface. then sweep it by using the draft of 90 degrees. If you consider the boundary of Class A then draft it inward or if the boundary of Class B is considered then sweep it outward so that it forms a connectivity to both. Now trim all the three (class A, Class B, Class C) which forms the closed surface. Now take it to the part workbench mechanical area. By using the closed surface, create a solid body. Now by using this solid body, perform the draft analysis.
