REPORT

OBJECTIVE

The current objective is to Create the Coin Holder Plastic component through the given Class-A surface.

Create a tooling axis.

Perform Draft Analysis.

TOOLING AXIS CREATION

1. Determine the orientaton of the component/surface.

2. Determine the orientation of the tooling axis in relation to the component. The tooling axis is typically perpendicular to the surface of the component.. The wall features doesnt have inclinatons i.e. (unable to create tooling axis using bisecting method). Here, the tooling axis taken simply normal to the base.

3. Here, the class A surface is in such a way that, a draft feature is not required. Because the class C surface is coming in the underside of the class A surface.

4. Then Draft Analysis is done.
