Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

Creation of tooling axis:

• create a point on the surface of the cavity.
• Create a intersection of the surface with x palne.
• creat an bisecting line from the two side wall lines of the intersction.
• Check the draft analysis for the surface with resultant bisected line as tooling direction.
• If it pass the analysis, it can be considered as Main tooling axis.

The Green region have draft angle above 2.9

Draft analysis of the solid coin holder:

The Green region have draft angle above 3.0
