• Milage: milage is on of hte important factor to be consider both on city and highway ride. So the cars providing above 18 kmpl are taken in consideration.
• Trasmission: For pugazhenthi's usage Automatic transmission would be more suitable than manual. also this budget range provide a wide variety of automatic trans vechile to choose.
• Sedan: All the sedan cars in this list come under compact sedan (sub four meter) category. This eliminate the disadvantage of long sedan in the city.
• Spacious cabin: As Pugazhenthi's family have 5 members, good cabin space is needed for effortless long travelling to his native.

On benchmarking the cars with 5 stars were considered for next comparision:

• Tata Altroz
• MS Baleno
• MS Dzire
• Honda Amaze
• Toyota Glanza

As pugazhenthi is more intersted on sedan MS Dzire and Honda Amaze will be his last consideration.

Both of htis cars have theri own advantages and disadvantages. But MS Dzire is 0.8 lakh less than Amaze and also provied 5 kmpl high milage than amaze. Also the AMT transmission in Dzire have more advantage than CVT transmission in Amaze.

So despite of the outdated look, MARUTI SUZUKI DZIRE is the most suitable car for Pugazhenthi's family.
