DRAFT ANALYSIS

CLASS A

FINAL COMPONENT

Report

Tooling axis in this case is created simply by taking extract of the bottom ,creating a center point on the extract and drawing line from the point along X axis.Bisecting method can be used but since the part doesnt have a draft tooling is created by above mentioned method.

In bisecting method tooling axis is created by creating an intersection and drawing point to point line on two symmetric edges of intersection then bisecting  both lines by a bisecting line to create the tooling axis

DRAFT ANALYSIS

CLASS A

Since the surface of the Class A is completely green in draft analysis we can say that tooling axis is correct and toolinng of Class A can  be done in low cost

Final component

Class A in final component is green but Class B and Class C are blue which tells us that more  improvements can be done on class C surface to reduce tooling cost
