Challenge

Week 8 - Challenge 3 - Coin Holder Design

first we have to ensure the surface is joined with closed boundary

2. Then we analyse the surface on which we make the tooling axis , as in this we slect the base and then

insert the axis system.

now we use the A surface and extract > untrim >extrapolate >trim >offset the base and the side wall

then we get the result with the top wall

Now we will do same for the outer surface

But in this we also give fillets after the offset which should be mesured from the class A surface and adding or subtracting the offset value which is here 2.5.

now we have created the C surface by Sweep > with reference surface 90deg

Now we have to join the Class A with the C surface and then trim the final result with class B to get the final result output.

now ensure that it is a closed Body by using the Boundary command.

And in the end we have to Go into the part design to make it a Solid body.

Now the draft analysis
