We have considered UDDS drive cycle as power demand.

Result

Observation

1) UC_Current follows the power demand (PUC) where as SOC and UC_Voltage plots are same which shows that they both are proportional as discussed earlier. PUC comes from EMS where optimization algorithms decide the value of PUC.

2) When power demand is positive which indicates discharging, the value of SOC decreases.

3) Open circuit voltage increase as the power demand increases.

4) Voltage depends on SOC and current. So as the current increase with the demand the voltage decreases.
