• A detailed report should be done explaining the draft analysis and the tooling axis creation.

1. The draft analysis is done for the Class A Surface & Closed solid surface.
2. To perform draft analysis we need to have a tooling axis to alligne the compass direction.
3. We create it based of the draft needed.
4. For the class A surface after draft analysis we can see that the indication is green which implies the angles made are above 3 deg as shown in color scale.
5. Similarlly for Closed surface draft analysis we can see different color indications based on the angle mentioned in the color scale.

• An explanation should be given on the way of creating the tooling axis particularly the Bisecting method.

1. By looking at the class A surface we took a Point on a center of the circle.If you want you can create the dummy line for reference.
2. A YZ plane is inserted on a point.
3. Know we intersect plane with surface and get the interection.
4. Draft lines are drawn on the found intersection.
5. Know Tooling axis is drawn using Bisection method.
6. Thus,we get the Tooling axis.
