what is draft analysis??
it is define as a modeled part to make easier to remove from molds.
they are two objects to determine todraft either by explicitly selecting the natural elements whhich makes the application detect the approximation to use.
major and maximum industries are using 3 degress of draft angle
THE PROCESS
FIRSTLY we have to check the direction of the axis lines and we should have to proceed to the best direction of our possible to produce a mold i that direction of axxiscalled DUMMY TOOLING AXIS
the several drafted surfaces that is orianted in a part location tthat the draft analysis easily assumed the axis directions
the directions are either be -ve or +ve draft so that the axis we have taken is a dummy tooling axis and we have to creat a perfect tooing axis
Process
pulling direction : the reference from which draft faces are defined
draft angle : this isthe angle that draftf faces makes with the pulling direction
part element : plane faces surfaces cuts the part and each portion is drafted accordingly to its before directions
natural elements : defines a natutal curve on which the drafted faces will lie, this elements will remain same during the draft, tje natural elements and parting elements may bhe the same element
