Week 8 - Challenge 1 - Draft Analysis on a Fan Cover

1. Image of the complete Draft analysis 

• Images of the color scale variant 

• Screenshots of the model with the proper color code of the draft angle in various orientations (Isometric, Front, Side, and Top View)

 Explaination:

1. First check the (given class A) connectivity, and ensure no surface gape inbetween the component while using joint tool.

2. And check the boundary (green outer) and hide the surface then check connectivity and there is no gape between the 2 surfaces.

Tooling axis:

1. Visually check x, y, and z... which direction is fully covered in all parts. So we select Z.

2. take 2 sketches using Line, Point, Intersection, and axis system to create Tooling clearing x direction refer  the attachment.

3. And also the same in another side take 2 sketches using Line, Point, Intersection, and axis system to create Tooling clearing y direction refer the attachment.

4. Using bisecting line using Tooling clearing x direction and Tooling clearing y direction to create tooling axis.

5. And Publish tool axis and fan cover.

Draft analysis:

1. To set the material (via: customize) 

2. And open (Analysis , Feature draft analysis), the output is 2 icon box is open.

3. There are in 3 colours (Green, Red and blue)

4. Then using the compose tool pick the compose and drag slowly placed in top of the tooling axis.

5. And click the lock botton. 

6. Then click on the component, its fully blow in green colour.

7. Note:

Green - upto 3 deg. (even if 3 the component its clear)

Red - 0 

Blue - negative.

8. Indiviually measure the faces using analysis running point and click on the component the degree is appeared.
